The Wine Cellar at Luca’s
~Private Dining Room Information~
Our private dining room is available for up to 45 guests to enjoy.
Whether you’re planning a holiday luncheon or dinner, a business meeting, rehearsal dinner
or just a gathering of friends, the Wine Cellar is perfect for your small intimate gathering.

Room Capacity
Maximum 30 people for sit-down
Maximum 45 people for cocktails & hors d’œuvres
Food and Beverage Minimums
Food and Beverage Minimum is the minimum amount you are required to spend on your Food and Beverage in order to utilize The Wine Cellar privately. This amount excludes gratuities and taxes. Minimums may be flexible depending on the season and time of reservation. If minimums cannot be met, we may be able to accommodate your group in the main dining room with a limited menu.

All functions are subject to 20% gratuity and 9% New Hampshire Meals & Rooms Tax

 

Monday – Friday Mornings & Afternoons (except Fri Lunch) $250.00
Friday Lunch $350.00
Saturday & Sunday Mornings & Afternoons $350.00
   
Sunday – Thursday Evenings $500.00
   
Friday & Saturday Evenings $1,500.00

 

Menu Offerings
We offer several lunch and dinner menu options to choose from.
We would be happy to create a menu specifically for your event and budget.
 Please let us know if you have any special requests or guests with any dietary restrictions.
Menus can be printed for all sit down luncheons and dinners.
Beverages
All beverages are billed on a consumption basis.
We offer an extensive wine list, from which you can select your wines prior to your event, if you choose.

Special Requests
We can arrange for cakes, flowers, music and audiovisual. These items can be added to your final bill.

Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel your function, please do so no later than 48 hours in advance,
or a $250.00 cancellation fee will be applied.

Billing and Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for all events. Final guarantee of the number of people will be required 4 days prior to your event so that we may properly staff and order for your event. All direct billing must be approved prior to your event.
